We had a opportunity to rent a unit from Bolto Katanning from November 2017 to January 2019, I cannot speak ill of the licensee as I do not know him, but the stupidity and unprofessional manners of his property management is absolutely unbelievable . I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
Professionals eh?!..professionally underhanded, professionally overpriced, professionals scam artists. Avoid these people at all costs, or it will cost you an arm and a leg! These people dont care, they just want your money and will say and do anything to get it.
Applied for two house and never got any response as to if we were successful or not called every other day and always the same excuse emailed them and still no response it's been a month since we applied useless absolutely unprofessional
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they are useless and rip off their tenants. I'm lucky we don't have to rent again...
