Have always found the staff at St Lukes pleasant and helpful. If you are really sick they will always fit you in. Sometimes the wait is long but the doctors spend as much time with you as needed so it is what it is. Best to book a long appt if you know you will take a longer time it helps everyone. There is a happy atmosphere in this waiting room
